Before ringing or contacting Golden Retriever Rescue, please ensure that you have completed the Adoption Questionnaire and have emailed the information to mail@grr.org.au

Once we receive your completed questionnaire a representative of GRR will contact you to make arrangements to conduct a premises inspection.

Interstate Rescue Information

Please note that Golden Retriever Rescue Inc rarely processes applications for adoptions outside of NSW, the ACT and Victoria. Unfortunately GRR simply does not have the resources to conduct premises inspections interstate. Occasionally, GRR will rehome one of its Golden Retrievers to persons residing interstate, provided the applicant drives to where the Goldie is located (usually Sydney, NSW Regional Areas, the ACT or Victoria). In this case, GRR will ask you to provide photos of your yard, fences, gates and where the dog will sleep at night.

Golden Retriever Rescue hopes you understand that it has adopted this procedure to ensure that its rescues go to the best homes. GRR also wants to meet the person who is going to provide the "forever loving home" to one of its rescues.

From time to time GRR receives information about Goldies looking for homes which are already located interstate. If you wish to place your name on a waiting list for one of these Goldies, please complete the questionnaire in the usual way.
